Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of A+ Dogs.

● To ensure the safety of your pet, a secure collar/harness must be worn with an ID tag attached while in the care of A+ Dogs. This way we avoid any dogs slipping out of their collars while walking them to and from the vehicle. 

● Your pet must have all vaccinations up to date and be using current flea and tick prevention. If this is not the case, unfortunately your dog can’t walk with us until rectified as it poses a health risk to the rest of our dogs. We also ask that you provide your vet clinic’s details and a vaccination certificate before we start walking your dog. 

● Your dog’s microchip details must also be up to date with correct contact details. 

● It is our main priority to give your dog a fun time at the park while still keeping them safe. However, dogs can still be unpredictable. In the unlikely event, A+ Dogs will not be liable for any loss or injury of the pet (caused by another dog, person, or act of nature). 

● We do everything in our control to keep your dog(s) safe, however if your pet’s behaviour causes any loss or damage, you as the pet owner will be responsible. This is why it is solely your responsibility to explain any known behavioural/aggression problems that your pet has with other animals, food, toys or humans, no matter how minor. A+ Dogs reserves the right to decline future services if you fail to disclose this information. 

● If you need to cancel a dog walk, you must notify your walker by 6pm the day before the service was scheduled. If you cancel later than this you will incur a fee equalling 50% of the service amount. The reason we require this notice is because we organize our walks the day before so that each dog can get exactly what he/she needs. We have time requirements, a maximum amount of dogs per walk, as well as wanting to put your dog in a group that best suits its personality and energy levels.

● You will be charged for the full walk if we are unable to gain access to your dog or if the dog is not at home at the time of service.

● A+ Dogs hold the right to take photographs of your pet and to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. By accepting these terms you give A+ Dogs permission to use photos of your pet in any media for any purpose, which include advertising, promotion and marketing. 

● Should any pet become ill or injured while with A+ Dogs, we reserve the right to administer necessary aid and if necessary, transport the pet to a vet. Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the client. A+ Dogs will attempt to contact the pets owner and own vet, but reserves the right to transport the pet to another if necessary.
